Acer has launched the convertible Acer Aspire P3 that has a very well sleek and minimal design that is likely to age pretty well. From my own experience the P3 feels really nice in the hands, it's very sturdy but not too heavy.
The Ultrabook runs on Microsoft's Windows 8 and features a Intel Core i3 or Core i5 processor which will both give you a nice smooth experience as well as some decent power, an impressive 11.6-inch 10-point touchscreen display with IPStechnology that has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, a HD 720p Acer Crystal Eye camera on the front which is great for webcam chats and selfies, and on the rear of the device is a 5-megapixel camera. The battery is said to last around six hours depending on how you use it.
The device can be used just like a normal laptop or you can detach the keyboard to use the device purely like a tablet. When you want to use the keyboard again it connects easily through Bluetooth making the device very versatile.
Acer has also teamed up with DJ Tiësto for the launch of the Ultrabook. In the video which you can watch below, Verson Tiësto's assistant fulfill his dreams with the Acer Aspire P3 ultrabook.
The Acer Aspire P3 is available to buy right now and prices start at £599, a pretty great tag for such a device.
