UPDATE: In a statement Nvidia has said that knowledge of GTA V coming to PC in an investor call was an error. "This statement was made with the intent of expressing enthusiasm for the games industry in general, and was not intended to represent specific knowledge possessed by NVIDIA. NVIDIA does not have information on any possible PC version release of Grand Theft Auto or its availability. We deeply regret the error."
Grand Theft Auto V will come to PC (Windows) this fall according to Chris Eveden, senior director of Investor Relations at Nvidia during an earnings call transcribed by Seeking Alpha.
During him discussing the changing of the PC market he said the demographic is:
preparing their systems for a strong roster of games coming this fall, including blockbuster franchises, such as Call of Duty: Ghost, Grand Theft Auto 5 and Assassin's Creed 4.
This easily could of been a slip of the tongue as Rockstar Games has yet to be make any sort of announcement, and Nvidia has yet to officially announce a partnership with the company.
Grand Theft Auto V will arrive on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and September 17th.
