GCHQ can you find it

Ever wanted to work for a British intelligence agency? The GCHQ is responsible for providing signals intelligence and information assurance to the British government and armed forces, and now you have a unique chance to work for them in Cheltenham. They work under guidance of the Joint Intelligence Committee and were originally established after the First World War as the Government Code and Cypher School until 1946.

So how do you apply? Well GCHQ have just launched an online challenge called 'Can you Find it?' which lets users see if they have the right skills to be employed by the agency which works in partnership with MI5 and MI6. If you solve the cyber secret on the GCHQ website you'll then get a opportunity to work for the GCHQ with a salary between £26k and £50k depending on experience and qualifications you have.

You'll also get a chance to win some awesome technology, either Google/ASUS's Android powered Nexus 7 tablet which features a sharp 7-inch 1080p HD display (323 ppi), a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM memory, and smooth 3D graphics, or a Raspberry Pi computer that is the size of a credit card that plugs into your TV and keyboard. It can be used with Linux distro such as Fedora, Debian and ArchLinux, and supports ARMv6 programming languages, SD cards, USB devices, and networking.
