Samsung has announced the Galaxy Round which is the first smartphone with a curved display, an OLED one to be exact. The device has a 5.7-inch 1080p screen which is the same as the Note 3, but it curves on a vertical axis, much like Samsung's OLED TVs. The display isn't just for looks however. Samsung is introducing a feature called "Round Interaction" which allows you to look at things such as battery life, missed calls, and the time when you tilt the phone on a flat surface. Samsung also says that it has worked on a new set of interactions that allow you to tilt and tap in music and photos applications.
In terms of specifications the Galaxy Round features a 2.3GHz quad-core processor, 3GB of RAM, a 13 megapixel back camera, a 2800mAh battery, and will come in at 7.9mm thick and 154g in weight.
