Dyson is already facing some trouble in a legal battle with Samsung, so this news comes as a bit of a blow. The company has issued a recall for the heater versions of its Air Multiplier fans because a few have short-circuited and caught on fire according to Reuters. That means around 1 million units will be recalled after the reports that four of them malfunctioned resulting in what are being called "contained burning" inside them. Dyson says no injuries have been reported but they clearly want to make sure nothing like that does occur. Dyson says they will provide more info to owners of the heater in the next 24 hours. We'll update when we hear more.
