Mozilla's Firefox web browser is now available for iOS. Announced last year, the app had a public preview in September and is now available to everyone on iPhone and iPad.
It's taken this long to reach the platform as Mozilla wasn't happy with Apple's standards. While Apple does allow third-party web browsers they must use the WebKit browser engine and Mozilla wasn't happy, however they've clearly changed position. While it will basically run like Safari, Firefox does allow you to sync across devices and includes intelligent searches and have private browsing.
You can download Firefox on the App Store.
