A report by Macotakara claims the next iPhone could include a stronger aluminium like the Apple Watch and increase slightly in size to accommodate new components.
The report says that the next iPhone will be 0.15.mm longer and 02.mm thicker, likely to fit in the components for Force Touch, the pressure sensitive touchscreen that can currently be found on the Apple Watch. Of course increase the size could also allow Apple to put more battery into the device. The camera design is also said to be changing, getting rid of the bump that many users think is a flaw in the design of the current iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.
An earlier report from KGI’s Ming-Chi Kuo claimed that a Rose Gold colour option for the new iPhone would be coming, as well as an upgraded camera that is likely to be 12-megapixels, and more RAM.
