iPad gets split-screen multitasking in iOS 9

Apple has finally revealed improved multitasking for iOS on iPad. Firstly iOS 9 introduce a new task switching that appears when you double tap the home button. A new feature called Slipover will allow users to quickly swipe in a screen such as messages to quickly interact and go back to the full app. iOS 9 also introduces true split-screen multitasking which allows you to have two apps on the screen at the same time. Pulling down from the top allows you to swipe through the available apps and clicking one will pin it.

Apple is also introducing picture-in-picture which allows you to have the video you're watching over whatever you're looking at.
