Facebook has been testing these for several months now, but Facebook is finally rolling the Trending topics feature out, taking yet another cue from Twitter. The new Trending section will appear to the right of your News Feed, grouping the most talked about topics in a list that also displays a headline summary. This will not only pull in what’s being talked about all over Facebook but also what’s being discussed by your friends and family and even popular sponsored pages, these trends will link directly to the relevant post.
You may not see Facebook’s Trending section just yet as it’s still rolling out across the globe. Facebook is also testing them for mobile web.
