The app allows landlords to manage up to 5 properties at once, wherever you go. It allows you to set important reminders such as ‘gas safety certificate’ or serving tents with reminders, track income and expenses, as well as calculate return on investment.
All your data is kept safe and secure in the cloud so you don’t have to worry if you get a new phone. The Direct Line app also features ‘The Knowledge Centre’ which offers tips and guidance and has been designed to help you maximise yield, understand rental trends, minimise the costs to you and protect your investment.
